Damaged Product Returns
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. All claims for damage must be made with the carrier at the time of delivery. As stated in our Satisfaction Guarantee, "if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer."
 
To return damaged merchandise, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
 
Before returning a defective item, please first contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA number. Returns attempted without an RMA number will be refused. Once you recieve your RMA number, please write it on the outside of the carton so that our warehouse may easily recognize it as a return. Also, within the carton please also include the original order ID along with the RMA number and a detailed explanation of why the merchandise is being returned.
 
Once received according to our guidelines, your return will be processed as quickly as possible.
 
Non-Defective Product Returns
Before returning a non-defective item, please contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA number. Returns without an RMA# may be refused and/or subject to a 50% restocking fee. Refused orders shipped by common freight carrier will be subject to 50% restocking fee and a $175 freight refusal fee. Once you receive your RMA number, place it on the outside of the carton so that our warehouse may easily recognize it as a return.
 
Please also include the original order ID along with the RMA number and a detailed explanation of why the merchandise is being returned (i.e. unneeded, intended to cancel, incorrect order). Once received according to our guidelines, your return will be processed as quickly as possible. There is a minimum of 15% restocking fee on merchandise returned for any reason other than defective or damaged.
