We ship all orders from our 15 quality-controlled warehouses located within close proximity of all UPS shipping zones. As always, we strive to ship as fast as possible while still ensuring accuracy.

Information for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses...
TVISupply.com will ship to PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses via the U.S. Postal Service. All packages must meet the following requirements:
-40 lbs or less
-Are not oversized
-Are not hazmat
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

We ship via UPS Ground so you can expect your order to arrive, depending on your location, within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery.
We will send you an email with your order confirmation and provide any available tracking information so that you can track your order online.
Please Inspect Your Package When Your Item Is Delivered:
We thank you for your order and hope that your item(s) arrives safely and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we'd like to remind you to always inspect your package(s) at the time of delivery to ensure that your item(s) has not been damaged during shipping. Please follow the suggestions below:
For items shipped via UPS: If there is any damage, all claims for damage must be made with the carrier at the time of deliver. For others, you must contact us within 3 days to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the product(s) becomes your property.
For items shipped via common carrier. Please inspect the box for any noticeable damage;remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, the must indicate such on the delivery receipt, before you sign the delivery ticket. Otherwise, the product(s) becomes your property.
For those rare occasions when the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and immediately call us toll free at: 1.800.893.1525.
When You Need To Cancel An Order...
If you have submitted an order and would like to cancel, please call or email us within one hour with your cancellation request. If you are unable to submit a cancellation request within that time, your order has already been processed and shipped. If this is the case email us a request for a Return Authorization number and instructions to send the item back to our distribution center. Once we receive the item the purchase price will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a 15 percent restocking fee.
